Testimonials

Craig Kirsch - Rapid City, South Dakota
As a rookie in auto restoration, and not particularly mechanically gifted, I greatly appreciate the time and effort that you and your staff made in order to walk me through things. Everyone on your staff, from the gal who answers the phone on down, is full of accurate information and very willing to help. In an age where customer service is becoming increasingly hard to find, it was refreshing to experience the outstanding treatment I received courtesy of Patrick and staff. I was made to feel like I was part of the family. Keep up the great work!

Patrick and Phillip,
you guys are the best! Thanks for getting me the exhaust part - it looks great! I appreciate all of your efforts and going the extra mile for me! I especially appreciate the quick turn around on the part.
There are not too many companies around anymore that have the first rate customer service that you have shown me. Thanks again.
I'll send you a photo of my 1954 GMC soon with your exhaust and Fenton headers.

Patricks,
I telephoned your shop on Tuesday, May 4th to inquire about an exhaust pipe flange for a 1962 235 c.i. motor. I spoke with a very nice and knowledgeable lady who said you could send one to me for $10.00 post paid. Customer service representatives such as she are a pillar of your company. In this day and age, that is a rare quality and one that should be highly valued.
Enclosed is a money order for the $10.00 and my thanks for truly great service.

Dear Pat,
I just wanted to say thanks to all of you for your business hospitality when my wife and I bought some 6 cylinder parts back on February 3rd. It was nice dealing with good people like you!
Take Care!

Thank you again!

Dear Patrick,
It’s a pleasure and a rare experience dealing with an honest of conscientious man. I talked to you yesterday about the transmission conversion I installed on my 51 GMC panel truck and the trouble I had with the speedometer drive gear. Enclosed is the drive gear unit which needs the gear replaced. I appreciate your ethics in offering to replace the tailpiece housing, and fully understand it was a manufacturing tolerance issue with an outside vendor.
I want you to know I have been very pleased with every item provided by you and your family. The Saginaw transmission change kit (except for the Speedo drive), the ring and pinion conversion kit, the Wayne valve and lifter covers, and the dual point Mallory distributor change have all worked flawlessly as described. If you ever need a reference, for any of your customers, to verify the quality of your products or service, I would be happy to do so.
If you remember I also need a copy of the transmission conversion directions, which I seem to have misplaced.
Thanks Again.

Dear Mr. Patrick,
How are you! I sent some Hong Kong souvenirs for you and your family. Thank you very much to supply the parts for my 1961 Chevrolet Belair and 1954 Chevrolet 210. These 2 cars engine parts are supplied by you. I snet some phot's of my cars. As you can in the photo, the 1954 Chevrolet 210 is under restoration. I love American cars. My hobby is antique American cars. I also have a 1952 Packard 300 4-door sedan.

In the future, I will be ordering the parts only from you. I am very satisfied to order the parts from you. Hopefully we are very good friends for many years in the future.
Thanks and Best Regards...

Hello Patrick,
Sorry it has taken me so long to get in touch with you. Thank you very much for the water pump kits - they were greatly appreciated and the fast service also. The thoughtful and honest business people like yourself make the auto hobby a fun place to be.

Enclosed you will find a couple pictures that show that we in the north forty, with the help of dealers like yourself, can build award winning cars. The colours are not perfect because I scanned the pictures at home, and am no computer expert. The pictures show you an idea of what the cars look like. My 1950 Ford has run almost trouble free since 1983, with Flathead engine dual carbs and Mallory ignition, aluminum heads and T5 five speed transmission. Although the Merc is on an Olds Chassis and Olds motor, Joe is building a new chopped coupe which will have a fuel injected flathead and T5 five speed. So, I think he has come to his senses and has gone back to our favourite motor the Flathead Ford.
Thanks Again...

Hi Patrick,
I appreciate the help you've given me in my effort to rebuild the 270 GMC engine for my 1-ton flatbed. Yeah, I guess it's sort of been a comedy of errors. Your giving me the guides to replace the missing ones and also the adaptor manifold rings is a much appreciated gesture. You don't have to worry about how you set with me! Your reputation is good - the best. As long as folks are trying to do their best job - that's what counts in my book. If for some weird reason you should decide to come up to SE Alaska & Petersburg for summer fishing or sight seeing, you have a place to stay. We have a guest apartment over the garage that is nice inside with a bathroom and a killer view of Wrangle Narrows and snow capped mountains on the island next to ours.

Thanks Again.
